It's really great that teachers and parents like you are so understanding and helpful. You're welcome! Thank you so much for sharing your story!

BrandiA Peach for the Teachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02748495320026219735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5366153741153867207.post-74786898069477126422013-11-02T19:08:55.244-04:002013-11-02T19:08:55.244-04:00Claire,

You seem to have such a great perspective from multiple angles. I have a blog that deals with kids and young adults dealing with ADHD if you want to check it out! Almost every child I teach has ADHD with some other form of learning disability or social-emotional disability. I am also a mother with a 7 year old with ADHD, a wife to a man with ADHD and I struggle with it myself. Let's just say I am surrounded by it on a daily basis. With medication and accommodations he is trying to manage, but I know his reality is fraught with worry that he will miss something or forget something - which he usually does.
Thanks for the reminder for teachers (myself included!) of what our students endure each day.Nikki Sabistonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16310276917191243216noreply@blogger.com
