This Behavior Tracking Excel Spreadsheet is great for tracking behavior goals. The spreadsheet automatically tallies frequency totals and calculates a two-week average-- which is perfect for IEP behavior goal progress monitoring scores!
1. Track behavior frequency data throughout the day on an interval tracking sheet (see mine, available for download at http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Frequency-and-Interval-Data-Collection-Sheet-815806) under the DAY 1 tab.
2. Plug frequency data and interval data into the student's colored box on the Excel Spreadsheet. (I print my interval forms on colored sheets so I can quickly tell whose data I am entering).
3. The next day, repeat steps 1 and 2 under the DAY 2 tab. The next day, plug in data under DAY 3 tab, and so on.
4. After entering data on Day 10, click the TOTALS tab to see a total frequency count and percentage of time (interval) average, for the ten days. (You can also view the TOTALS data at any time before the ten day period has ended.)
EASILY CUSTOMIZABLE:
I made "Student1" the name in the orange box on every sheet, so you can do a find/replace (control + F) and change Student1 to your student's name across the workbook, and so on.
At the end of the 10-day period, select File - "Save As." Save a new spreadsheet for the next 10-day period.
